“Update March 24, 2020:

In these trying times, we’ve made the very difficult decision to close down except for emergency calls. Since the NS government has instituted the State of Emergency, we want to help reduce the spread of the virus and hopefully get back to work sooner if we all do our part in containing this virus.

Our staff frequently go into people’s homes and at this juncture it is too much of a risk for their health and yours for non-essential calls. If you have an emergency with no water, please call 902-562-3444 during regular business hours. We will be asking a series of questions and we will get a crew out to you as soon as we can but we ask that you practice social distancing while they are on the property staying a minimum of 6 feet away.

We will also still be answering the phone, so if you have a question, want to order parts, UV lights, filters, etc, we will be able to accommodate you, we will just being doing this in a safe way. We will also be still accepting payments on your accounts over the phone and by e-transfer to

I hope all of our loyal clients understand the gravity this difficult decision posed for us and we look forward to serving all of your water needs when things settle back into a new normal hopefully sooner rather than later.

Thank you
