Welcome to Island Well Drillers Limited Online!  Island Well Drillers was founded by John McDonald in 1959 and is located in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.  Still a family owned business it is now owned and operated by Mr. McDonald's three sons Ian, Jamie and Blair.  The business began with one cable tool machine but has expanded to now include 2 rotary drilling machines, robotic camera equipment, radio detection equipment, pump test equipment, portable power units, 15ton boom truck and domestic water treatment.

Island Well Drillers Limited are involved in domestic, commercial, municipal, industrial, and environmental drilling.  They also provide installation of domestic, commercial, and industrial pumping systems and aquifer pumping tests.
